Kits include one main course option with a choice of thyme brined and roasted heirloom turkey, brown sugar glazed spiral sliced ham or rosemary crusted beef tenderloin. Choose up to five sides such as traditional sage stuffing, green bean casserole, mac n cheese, maple roasted Brussels sprouts with apples, pecan sweet potato bake and more. Hors d’oeuvres are also available a la carte, with both shareable and individual options including brie en croute with apricot jam and Maryland crab dip, which both serve four to six guests, or prosciutto and pear canape and champagne poached shrimp, which are available by the dozen. Traditional desserts such as pumpkin pie and the dulce de leche are $30, while premium desserts like chocolate bourbon pecan pie and vegan raspberry chia cheesecake are $40. The Thanksgiving feast includes lemon-pepper brined and roasted turkey breast with confit leg and thigh, smoked turkey gravy, charred broccoli salad with buttermilk dressing, mashed Yukon gold potatoes, wild mushroom and sage stuffing, green bean casserole, house-made cranberry sauce and King’s Hawaiian rolls. The food comes chilled with instructions for storage and reheating. A meal for 2-4 is $260 and a meal for 6-8 is $500.
