Turkey day is here! And it came completely unannounced!

With Thanksgiving a few days away, it is important to keep up your routine and not let the delicious food, your lovely family and friends and multiple Thanksgiving dinners keep you from it!

Here are just a few tips to keep in mind when celebrating this weekend!

1 – Remember Giada’s tip – portion is KEY. Give yourself a break and eat a little bit of everything but emphasize the LITTLE.
2 – If you don’t want to eat the calories, eat white meat instead of dark – It has less fat! Also, try and skip that stuffing.
3 – Get your workout in before all of your guests wake up! Get up a little early and head to the gym. If your gym is closed, don’t let that be a reason to skip your workout; head outside and go for a run or do some yoga in your own home.
4 – Easy on the booze! One or two will be enough – just take little sips.
5 – And lastly, enjoy yourself!!! No better workout for your soul and tummy than a few good laughs 🙂

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYBODY!
