Healthy food gets a bad rep. It’s true that cupcakes, french fries and three blocks of cheese probably sound better than a salad BUT there are some better options than a head of lettuce!

Try to spice up your diet with these yummy foods!
1 – Salmon. Squeeze some lemon on top, a pinch of salt & pepper, some EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) and broil it in your oven. Super easy & fast!
2 – Munch on those apples! they will satisfy your sweet tooth and will fill you up.
3 – Add blueberries to your boring oatmeal! Who said the oatmeal had to be plain? They are delish & filled with antioxidants.
4 – Sweet potatoes. You like fries? Go ahead and cut them into slices and bake them in the oven until crispy.
5 – Lentils. One of my all time favorite foods! Cook them & mix them with some browned ground turkey; very filling.
6 – Almonds are always a must to have in your purse.
7 – Avocados are underrated. Make a salad out of it, add some cherry tomatoes, cilantro, EVOO and lime juice.
8 – If you haven’t tried grilled artichokes, TRY THEM! They will change.your.life.
9 – Hummus and pita slices.
10 – Grab some grapes and stick them in the freezer. Snack away 🙂
