Giada de Laurentiis Dishes Out a Great Tip!

The holidays are coming up and that means multiple family brunches, lunches and dinners, yummy left overs, desserts everywhere you look, treats in the office, cold weather that makes you want to stay in bed, hot chocolate…well, you get my point – the pounds will add up.

I went to a great event called The Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining Show here in D.C where one of my favorite celebrity chefs, Giada de Laurentiis was chatting with us about the ONE tip she has to avoid those holiday pounds!
