Feed Your Sex Drive

As Valentine’s Day approaches, you’re probably trying to find the perfect outfit to make your date’s jaw drop. In this process, you’re most likely stressing out over how your birthday suit will look in the bedroom. The problem is you’ve already caved on your New Year’s resolution, and your one-pack is starting to appear more prevalent than ever before. It’s too late to diet, and the gym is your archenemy.

Rather than stress over how your going to hide those sneaky love handles, tailor your date so that your “not so spring break ready” bod goes unnoticed. Invite your date other over for a romantic dinner for two and surprise him or her with a three course meal full of aphrodisiacs.

Aphrodisiacs are foods that arouse or increase sexual desire. When enough aphrodisiacs are served in one sitting, it’s like an orgasm overdose waiting to happen. So this Valentine’s Day, make sure you and your date indulge in several sexually delicious dishes. If you get your date sexually high enough, the two of you will be floating your way into the bedroom in no time. And all your insecurities will fly away as your focus shifts onto round two.

So how do you get your date drunk on lust this Valentine’s Day? Here are a few dinner ideas to get your date all hopped up on love.

According to Cosmopolitan magazine, asparagus and avocado could be the best appetizer to start off your very sexual meal. These delicious greens are filled with vitamin E, which stimulates sexual responses like clitoral swelling and vaginal lubrication.

Entree

For the main course, you have a variety of sexual dishes to choose from. If seafood is your thing, you can indulge in either oyster or salmon. Oysters are a popular aphrodisiac that are full of zinc, a mineral that increases testosterone, which boosts your sex drive. Salmon, on the other hand, is packed with omega-3 fatty acids, which keeps sex hormone production high. So make sure you wrap it up before you commit to this baby making dish.

If you’re more into spicy food, you’re in luck. Spicy food is considered a sexual stimulant because there is an active ingredient in cayenne pepper, called capsaicin, which causes increased heart rate and metabolism. This is a similar feeling you experience while you engage in sexual activity, so put hot sauce on everything and get hot in and out of the kitchen.

Dessert

When it comes to desserts, there’s so much these treats can do to your sex drive. Chocolate anything is packed with a ton of contains phenylethylamine, a chemical that communicates the idea of excitement to the mind. If you’re more of a vanilla person, you can still heat things up with some ice cream. Vanilla is responsible for mildly stimulating nerves, which causes sexual sensations to arise.

A healthy, but still sexual, dessert alternative includes a ton of fruits you probably never knew got you all hot and bothered. Watermelon causes blood vessels to relax and speeds up blood circulation, which makes you more easily aroused. Pomegranates are responsible for increasing genital sensitivity. This little fruit does it by protecting the lining of blood vessels, allowing blood to move more freely. And potassium in bananas increase muscular strength that you’ll need if you’re hoping for an intense orgasmic contraction.

After Dark

Throughout dinner, pair your meal with red wine for an even more romantic night. Red wine contains an antioxidant, called resveratrol, which improves circulation and boosts blood flow. This is guaranteed to make your feel more relaxed before and after sexual intercourse.

So stop being so self-conscious this Valentine’s Day. Reality is that your date will want to make love to you anyway, but if it makes you feel better, these aphrodisiacs will boost your sex drive and let out the aggressive, sexual beast within. Remember that confidence is sexy, so enjoy dinner and let your sexual desires run wild in the bed room.
