Always remove your makeup

Get regular exercise
Exercising regularly is not just good for your body, but also for your skin as it increases blood circulation. It also cleanses your body on a regular basis. Toxins are another reason why your skin appears to be dull.
However, if you exercise regularly, you would need to exfoliate your skin regularly to wash out the dirt, dust and sweat. Sleep for at least 8 hours
Sleeping helps with stress and anxiety. Sleeping refreshes your body. Similarly, it refreshes your skin as well, eliminating eye bags and dark circles. This is because when you are asleep, your body recovers and repairs itself. In fact, if you end up sleeping for less than 6 hours each day, you will start noticing the difference. First, you will develop dark circles and puffy eyes; second, your skin will start looking tired.
Additionally, your skin makes new collagen while you are asleep, and the production of collagen means youthful skin. This is why several beauticians, actors, beauty bloggers emphasize on sleeping for at least 8 hours each day.
