Find the Perfect Salon and Stylist for You

Summer is officially here and when the season’s change so do our looks.  We are tanner, more fit and embrace summer fashions. So, why not update our hair too?

Although social media may be ruling the world, there are other ways you can locate that perfect salon stylist. Here are some great looks for hair this summer and tips on finding that perfect stylist.

1. Check out local reviews on sites like YELP!

2. Word of mouth is a great source too! Everyone loves talking about their hair. See a cut you like? Ask who did it. You can find out more about the stylist and determine if their personality will work with yours. Don’t go in blind and end up with a style you can’t manage or live with.

3. Try a scheduling site like Schedulicity. You can search by city and service to read more about the stylist and location. Once you find a match you can schedule the appointment with a click.

4. Check your like pages on sites like Facebook. You can get an inside look at what the salon is about, who some of their clients are and learn about the stylists who work there.

5. You can also do an open search engine search on sites like Google or Bing. Be sure to narrow your search. Check by service type in your area such as: Washington, DC colorists … etc.
