A Factory Worth Visiting

Oh. My. Gourd.

If you’ve ever been to Potomac Mills you know what a workout trekking the entire mall can be. Now you can nourish yourself with something other than typical food court food and last night I got to try out a preview of their menu.

Ready for a religious eatery experience?

Well prepare to have your spirits lifted with the Factory’s seasonal Pumpkin Cheesecake. All cheesecakes are topped with in-house, handmade whipped cream. Amen!  Pumpkin pecan, pumpkin bark, peppermint bark, and mango key lime are also other cheesecake flavors all available for your tasting pleasure.

Everyone needs a vacation but many of us never get to travel to the islands

The Factory’s Luau Salad will have you saying “Aloha” with a mouthful of goodness. Perfectly grilled chicken with a party of veggies, drizzled with mango salsa, wontons, and macadamia nuts. You barely remember you’re eating something healthy.

And with the usual upscale feel for moderate prices how can you pass up a chance to visit the new Woodbridge, VA location? The cathedral style ceilings, the grandiose pillars, and exquisite lighting all make it feel like a dining experience fit for royalty.

The new location met and surpassed my expectations. If you’re looking for an extensive menu, excellent service, and even better food, definitely check out the Cheesecake Factory at Potomac Mill. Their grand opening is November 11th.
