July’s been a HOT month so DCOH is teaming up with Firehouse Subs and giving away five $20.00 giftcards to our loyal fans.
Firehouse Subs was founded in 1994 by brothers and former firefighters Robin and Chris Sorensen. Born into a family of firefighters, both joined the fire department but Robin left the department because his passion was to cook. Chris, stayed on the job and joined his brother to open Firehouse Subs in 1994. The two brothers built up there franchise with now more than 517 restaurants in 31 states and one US territory, Puerto Rico. The brother’s have even been featured on CNBC’s hit show “How I Made My Millions”
In 2005, Firehouse Subs created the non-profit, Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, with the mission to provide funding, life-saving equipment and educational opportunities to aid first-responders. Through the non-profit 501(c)(3), Firehouse Subs has given more than $4.5 million to hometown heroes, including fire and police departments and EMS organizations.
