ShoeDazzle’s Powerful Pink Collection

Just when the bright, bold colors of summer are starting to simmer down in all of the retail storefronts, ShoeDazzle.com offers a burst of excitement for your autumn wardrobe. And the best part? It’s all for a good a cause.

This October 10 percent of the retail sales price of the “Stephanie” platform pump and “Beth” open-toe bootie (both named after ShoeDazzle clients who are breast cancer survivors), and the “Zoom” sneaker will be donated to Susan G. Komen for the Cure , with a guaranteed minimum donation of $10,000.

“Breast cancer affects so many women around the globe. We are pleased to raise awareness and show support for a wonderful charity like Susan G. Komen for the Cure,” says ShoeDazzle COO Deborah Benton. “The Powerful Pink collection is designed for women of different ages and styles to show their support – they can be worn not just in October, but year-round.”

ShoeDazzle launched its first cause-marketing campaign in October 2009, offering a pink pump benefiting Susan G. Komen during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and continues to be an e-commerce leader in cause-related marketing.

In 2010, DC on Heels formed a partnership with ShoeDazzle and the very first product I ordered was the “Beth” pump.

2010: rockin' the "Beth" bootie on set at News Channel 8 for a TBD segment on fashion.

This year, I’m planning to order the “Stephanie,” a faux suede 3 3/4 inch pump that is endorsed by Shoe Dazzle’s reality-star style muse Kim Kardashian.

Here’s a look at some additional Shoedazzle items from the DC on Heels shopping bag:

Vanessa’s Pick: The Melrose boot, which she says is, “so comfortable!”

Markette’s Pick: The Tunis handbag. I love the tassels!

Send us a photo of what’s in your shopping bag this month. If you order something from the Powerful Pink Collection, then send us a photo of you rockin’ your swag!

xoxo,

Markette
