The Top Fashions from the 2017 Oscars
As always, the looks on the Oscar’s red carpet were all over the place. But, the hot fashion statement from the 2017 ceremony was a little blue ribbon supporting the American Civil Liberties Union.
Best Actress nominee Ruth Negga, dripping in responsibly sourced rubies with a custom Valentino gown, showed of the blue ribbon along with others including Best Actor winner Casey Affleck, Lin-Manuel Miranda, who was nominated for Best Song, and his mother Luz Towns-Miranda. Negga gave kudos to the civil rights organization for helping the real Loving couple as they fought their way to a legal marriage as a mixed-race couple.
