Washio’s introduction revolutionized the dry cleaning and laundry industry, successfully taking one of the most time-consuming household tasks and condensing it to seconds. The company’s new iPhone app reduces load times and intuitive layout, optimized for iOS 7, streamline the Washio experience even further, allowing users to schedule a pickup and drop off in three clicks. Customers can also benefit from the addition of the iOS 7′s swipe functionality, permitting swift navigation between the order page, pricing page. Washio’s laundry prices include $1.60 per pound for wash and fold, and $2.75 each for laundered and pressed shirts. Dry cleaning prices per item include dress shirts, blouses, dress pants, skirts and jeans, $6; ties and scarves, $5; dresses and jackets, $11; sweaters and cardigans, $8; comforters, $28 double, $38 king, $32 queen and $25 twin; trench coats, 3/4 coats and rain coats, 15.00; and 3-piece suite $20.
