Pantone Chooses New Color of the Year
Pantone, the global authority on color, has named emerald as the 2013 Color of the Year! Executive Director, Leatrice Eiseman, said “Green is the most abundant hue in nature–the human eye sees more green than any other color.”

Emerald symbolizes everything from growth, renewal, love and prosperity. Take your pick at a meaning but I think we can all agree the color is radiant and drop-dead gorgeous. As soon as I heard of the new Color of the Year, I started a Pinterest board dedicated to all things emerald and these are some of my favs.
