Skincare Products to Use When Pregnant

Before I start this article, let me be clear that I am not pregnant and these products can also be used by non-pregnant women. Actually, they might even be something to shop for since you can be sure that the products are super safe, organic and free of dyes.

I was recently sent a Belli Beauty product, and to be honest, I didn’t realize it was a product for pregnant women. I just started using the anti-blemish face wash and loved how my face smelled like a fresh cucumber. The point is that I began using the face wash and loved it so much that I wanted to buy more of their products to keep that fresh fruit/veggie scent in my daily skincare routine. I started to read more about the company and realized how important it is for pregnant women and women who decide to nurse to not only be careful of what they put into your body, but what they put on it as well.

You may not realize it, but lotions, serums and things that can penetrate to your skin could have harmful ingredients for an unborn baby, which is exactly why the husband and wife doctor duo behind Belli Beauty products developed their skincare line. Their line is created not only using their medical knowledge, but they also work with a research team that knows which ingredients are harmful for babies and which ones would would not be good for skin-to-skin contact if a mother is nursing. Can you imagine that? The research has all been done already, so all you have to do is buy these products for peace-of-mind that your daily skincare routine while pregnant and nursing is extremely safe.

Belli skincare products include Eye Brightening Cream, Stretch Mark Minimizing Cream and many more. They even have a great deal on bundles and box sets, which if you know you will be using the products during and post pregnancy, are the best option to buy. The products are safe and honestly do work.

I am used to my acne washes stinging and burning, but the Belli Beauty Anti-Blemish Wash is very calming to my skin, doesn’t leave it tingly and goes on like a very soft, thin layer of serum. Did I mention my face smells like a fresh cucumber? Apparently the All-Day Moisture Body Lotion smells like a bowl of fresh lemons.

Check their line out, and if you go down the pregnancy skincare product route then do not forget to look into these products as well:

Greener Path Unscented Body Lotion, which is an all-natural, vegan product that can be mixed with essential oils; Kneipp Lavender Body Oil, which is a relaxing-type of oil due to the lavender and the vitamins in it; and Glow Organics’ Belly Butter, which is an organic, vegan and cruelty-free cream for the itch that comes with stretch marks.
