Get Lengthy Eyelashes in 2 Minutes
Want to make your lashes flutter with volume or be thick and blooming with so much edge that you look like a natural rock star? Well, you can try all the do-it-at-home tricks to grow them with castor oil and coconut oil, or you can buy those expensive lash-boosting serums to see if they will even work. But my recommendation is to give it a go at home with lash extensions.
I used lash extensions before for a film shoot and the makeup artist put them on me very easily. I kept them on for three days and they looked fantastic. Well, Esqido Lashes have made me fall in love with making eyelash extensions a regular, possible thing for me to do.
If you recall, I also wrote about getting eyelash extensions, but I got eye infections, and they hurt my eyes everyday. Plus, trying to remove makeup from them without ruining the lashes was a nightmare. That was $200 dollars down the drain.
Esqido Lashes are made from mink hair and are currently being worn by all the A-list elects. If there is one thing we can take from this, it is that if celebrities, for whom money doesn’t seem to be an issue, are opting for Esqido mink lashes, that is a testament to this product.
The mink lashes are all made by hand and with tedious effort put into them. If you take a look at the website, you will see how each style is so unique and different, but still manages to look natural and not fake. Honestly, who needs mascara when you can easily put on luxury lashes that are made with premium mink hairs and a very soft adhering band that can be used over and over?
When my Radiance lashes arrived, I just marveled at them. They look like real eyelashes and the pattern of the lashes is a winged out, crisscross designed to make your eyes look lifted and bigger.
Taking the lashes out of their case was sort of difficult. Because I keep my nails short, it was hard to get a grip on them without damaging the lashes. A little pair of tweezers inside or a sticker to pull them out would have been helpful. But with as gorgeous of a set of lashes as these, once you get them out and see them up close, you just cannot wait to put them on.
I applied a thin line of the company’s Companion latex-free glue (sold seperately for $10) on the band and pressed it onto my eyelid. The instructions say to cut and trim the lashes to make them fit your eye once on, but mine fit perfectly so thank God I didn’t have to get scissors around my eyes.
Voila! My lahses looked great and natural. The great thing with these specific lashes is they come off easily with regular oil-free eye makeup remover. And, don’t not forget that you can use and reuse these luxury lashes over and over again until … I guess until all the hairs are pretty much gone, which if you take care of your lashes should be a while.
Esqido lashes retail from $28 and up, but they also have great sales from time-to-time with lashes starting at $19.99.
If you are a girl on a budget and only want to invest in lashes if you can get your bundle, then try Hello Beauty’s Multipack Demi Wispies Fake Eyelashes (5 pack), which sell on Amazon for only $7.90.
If you don’t want to order online and just want to walk in a store and get an affordable pair to see if you even like false lashes, opt for Ardell’s Double Up lashes style 203, which retail for $5.79 at Walgreens and other drug stores. They give you that length and depth for a rock star look, but also have other styles to choose from.
