February Beauty Finds to Try Yourself
I received a lot of lovely samples this past month. After receiving many similar products, it takes something unique to stand out and make me want to share with you.
The following products are my February favorites that are worth looking into yourself:
Simply Zinc Sun Whip SPF 30 by Cyberderm is a different kind of sunscreen. It includes 22 percent organic zinc oxide making it as natural a sunscreen as possible, all delivered in a smooth olive base.
This sunscreen is great for those with sensitive skin because it hydrates a lot, but also does not leave your face shiny; it absorbs fast. It is especially good for women with melisma or hyperpigmentation. The olive base includes tetrapeptides that also combat aging. I wear this sunscreen daily under makeup and my acne has been more controlled.
Glow for a Cause‘s solid perfume is not only a great way to put on fragrance on the go, but with each purchase you make you are giving back 5 percent to their partnered non-profits. The company evolved from making candles, so you know their perfumes are going to be great.
It comes in a lip gloss-like cylinder and applies almost like a lip balm as well, except you apply it on your wrists, behind your ears, on your shoulders or anywhere you want to smell nice. Because it is a solid, you never have to worry about it spilling or applying too much. I take it to yoga classs and apply it as I am leaving the gym quick and easy. Glow solid perfume comes in nine scents.
La Difference Cosmetics sent its anti-aging moisturizer, which goes on as a serum and includes a resveratrol peptide complex that hydrates your skin and makes your face look younger. It won’t irritate your skin if you apply it every day. It leaves skin silky smooth and ready to apply makeup over it.
I apply the serum, then my SPF and then whatever makeup I will be wearing for the day. The company specializes in professionally formulated anti-aging products, so what better serum to use then one that strictly focuses on anti-aging?
