Hottest Nail Colors for Summer 2015
Summer is the time to lighten and brighten one’s nail color palette. Nothing lifts one’s mood like abundant sunshine and a cheerful shade of summery polish. This season presented me with my usual dilemma — with so many fabulous colors to choose from, how does one pick? Fortunately, I managed to narrow it down to my absolute favorites, in colors that span the spectrum, for your viewing pleasure.
I love light colors in the summer, and here is the crème de la crème:
White
Pacifica Beauty Unicorn’s Horn: This seven-free (i.e., no parabens, phthalates (dibutyl phthalate), toluene, xylene, camphor, formaldehyde, resin, and animal products) goes on smoothly and lasts. This is a beautiful, sheer pearlescent duo-chrome (white with flashes of pink).
YSL Nuit Blanche: Iridescent glitter is all the rage for summer 2015.

Yellow/green
Essie Chillato: An unusual, pale pistachio cream that is this season’s must-have.
Smith and Cult Bitter Buddhist: I love the name of this color, which happens to be a lovely sage green. It is so chic for summer.
Zoya Jace: Softer than lime green, this tropical shade couldn’t be more summery.
Blue
Blue is de rigueur for summer, and you can select from pale, powdery blue to rich cobalt.
Butter London Kip: The palest blue, with a touch of shimmer.
Burberry Imperial Blue: A brilliant summery blue, inspired by the colors of the Prorsum Spring/Summer 2015 runway.

Tom Ford Coral Beach: A perfectly balanced coral that’s both innocent and sensual.
Red
