Bright Faux Leather & Pajama Pants

It’s finally spring in D.C. (although someone needs to tell mother nature), and what better way to celebrate the start to warm weather than shopping some of my spring must-haves? At the top of my list is bright faux leather and “pajama pants” in spring-like colors.

I love the bright blue skirt which would pair well with not only a white top but pink, silver, even a subtle snakeskin! Pajama pants are also versatile (and not actually worn to bed) with their slouchiness. The punchy sorbet/pink color is perfect for spring with a sleeveless cream top. So fresh for spring!

Bright Tops & Floral

Another spring must-have is a lightweight top in crisp white, yellow or pink. You can wear it with shorts, pants – tucked in or left loose. So many options to get your money’s worth. And of course, it wouldn’t be my spring must-haves without adding floral – the perfect way to feel “springy”! I am crushing on the Gap dress below – which is the perfect amount of color and floral. You can pair it with a blazer, cardigan – heels or straw wedges. (Bonus: the dress is 30% off until next Wednesday!)

Adding items to your spring wardrobe doesn’t have to drain your bank account. As long as you stick with great items that are versatile, the possibilities are endless. Happy Shopping!
