FACE: Clean, tone, moisturize.
FOUNDATION: Go for a tinted moisturizer. Apply concealer on dark circles and blemishes.
EYES: Apply shadow primer and a sparkle cream colored shadow on the entire lid. Take your liquid liner and extend the liner past your eye for a chic modern look.
