Tartan makes the perfect addition to your winter wardrobe
The cousin to plaid, known as tartan, is quickly showing up everywhere online and in stores. Coming in bold colors like red, navy and green, tartan is the perfect addition to your wardrobe for these cold months! Here are some ways you can wear it.
Red Tartan Shirt, Old Navy
This Old Navy tartan shirt is so cute – and a great price! My favorite tartan pieces are those with a lot of red in the pattern. Not only is it a great weekend look, but it would make the perfect Christmas day outfit, too.
Red Tartan Cafe Capri, J.Crew
If you want to go a bit bolder, try these J.Crew tartan capris. Don’t they look like wrapping paper? (In a good way) I love this look for the holidays and how J.Crew paired them with a more white tartan shirt that still has red in it.
