Art is immersed into this area and not just in an art gallery. The side streets hold ornate treasures in the U Street corridor. If you look hard enough, in some you can find stories of Afro-Columbian culture. Amidst the shops and eateries lie edgy fashion and casual style. A lesson here is not to neglect your sock game.
