Fifty Shades of Kinky Sex

Fifty Shades of Grey performed phenomenally in the box office this Valentine’s Day weekend. From single women to curious couples, it seemed like everyone’s plans revolved around movie times. So with a $93.01 million record debut, tens of thousands of people left the theaters both excited and mind blown.

Some people criticized the movie for being too sexually violent, but others considered it sexy soft porn. Regardless of what the audiences thought, everyone can agree that Fifty Shades of Grey has left a lasting impression on society today. And all of the sudden the world of the dominatrix has taken the spotlight.

This sudden focus on aggressive sex leaves some wondering if they’re not creative enough in the bedroom. You don’t want your partner to think you are old fashioned, but at the same time you’re not sure if you are ready for bondage and sex toys. But there is no need to worry. Even if you aren’t completely into the whole dominant and submissive thing, it’s alright because there are still plenty of ways to be kinky in the bedroom and turn you and your partner on.

Grind on me

Take your date out and spice things up at the club. All that bumping and grinding will leave you and your partner hot and bothered. Dance the night away until you get the chance to release all that suppressed tension in the bedroom later that night.

Mirror, mirror

Every wondered how you and your partner looked while making love? Place a mirror next to your bed and watch yourselves have sex. Try different positions and turn yourselves on with how into it you look during the act.

Play dress up

Role playing is a classic kinky game that never gets old. That’s because there are endless possibilities as long as you have an imagination. As long as you are open and have a creative mind, there are so many scenarios you can play out, including making your wildest dreams come true.

My way or the highway

Take a long drive around town and offer your date some road head. Your date will be super thankful and impressed, and even try to make it up to you in the bedroom later.

Breakfast in bed

It doesn’t have to be breakfast food, but bringing food into the bedroom can heat things up. A little whipped cream here and a little chocolate syrup there, your date is sure to think you’re the sweetest thing as you’re licked up from head to toe.

The ball and chain

Whether you decide to try one of these kinky tricks, or go all out and recreate Fifty Shades of Grey, you and your partner’s sex life will be the craziest it’s ever been. Normal sex is great, but switching things up every now and then ensures that your relationship is never dull or boring. So next date night surprise your loved one with something unexpected and they will praise you the rest of the week. And don’t forget to rubber up!

Mid-Atlantic Leather

Calling all fans of 50 Shades of Grey, which opens in theaters on Valentine’s Day. It is time for the 44th Mid Atlantic Leather weekend, better known as MAL, sponsored by the Centaur Motorcycle Club. Thousands of (mostly gay) people descend on the District for a long weekend of harnesses, chaps, whips and parties. You don’t really have to be into leather to attend. It’s more than fine to go-and-look and dip your toe into the leather world. But be warned: this is not for kids. According to the website, the dress code in the hotel is “Nudity is not allowed in the public areas of the hotel. You are able to walk around the hotel shirtless, in a jock or in chaps with a jock. When dining, your butt must be covered and at least have a vest on. When leaving the hotel, you must have at least a 1 inch strap covering your ass-crack.”

Jan. 16-19 at the Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill, 400 New Jersey Ave. NW. Other events take place at the 9:30 Club, Town Danceboutique, Green Lantern, Cobalt and Glorious Health Club.
