Founder Vanessa is a self-professed pop culture junkie and lover of all things food, fashion and entertainment. In May 2013, Vanessa and her husband packed up their belongings and headed south — way south — to Argentina where they opened and still own Fukuro Noodle Bar, a ramen restaurant in Buenos Aires. Now she is back in the States hosting and producing television shows for Chinese TV.
