A Brazilian Model’s Summer Beauty Secrets
Some of the most attractive women in the world are models. Their profession requires them to look their best every single day so that they can be effective endorsers. Brands like Belif are considered to be favorites of models and celebrities, but some models love to make their own organic cosmetic secrets from products you can easily find around the house.
Models have to look their best regardless of the season or climate they find themselves in, that is why a lot of them have developed various beauty secrets for any occasion. They are known for having the best fitness and beauty hacks, and people always look forward to them revealing tips and tricks to having beautiful face and fit body.
It is common knowledge that models need to invest on their looks in order for them to stay at the top of their game, so any beauty secrets from them are always welcome. Brazilian model Caroline Trentini shares two of her low-maintenance summer secrets to having beautiful skin and hair. The beauty hacks are so simple that you would wonder why you haven’t discovered them yourself.
Here are Trentini’s two summer beauty secrets:
1. Delicious facial mask
Beauty products are better if they are organic. This is particularly true in the case of face masks, since they are left on the face for a long period of time. If your skin is the type that is allergic to most cosmetic product ingredients and chemicals, then this hack was especially made for you. You only need four healthy ingredients, and you can even eat or make a smoothie with them afterwards.
For the facial mask, prepare a slice of avocado, a bunch of strawberries, unsweetened acai berry juice and honey. There are no exact measurements, but you have to aim for a texture that is similar to most mud masks. In a small bowl or with a mortar and pestle, mix a small amount of unsweetened acai juice with avocado, mashing the ingredients together until the avocado texture is even. After the avocado and acai, cut the strawberries into small cubes and pound them in with the mixture. Lastly, add a bit of honey to create a sticky texture.
You can apply the mask on your face by the means of a brush or your bare fingers. Leave the mixture on your face for 10-15 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. Pat gently with a clean towel and massage with face oil, gently wipe off excess oil afterwards. If you are planning to go to the beach, you can do this then apply minimal makeup for a natural glow.
Trentini swears by this facial mask, saying that she hasn’t found any mask that works better than or just as effective as this one. She usually applies the mask before going out to the beach for more fun in the sun.
2. Sea salt hair care
Another one of Trentini’s secrets is for her hair. It is also meant to be used for a day at the beach, but it can be used for special occasions when you just want an extra pizzazz without overspending. This hair spray is said to add volume to the hair and a little added protection to the roots.
Three ingredients namely sea salt, coconut oil and water are needed for this hair spray. If you have access to sea water, then you can probably skip adding additional water and just mix sea water with coconut oil. Shake the mixture well and spray the bottom half of your hair away from the roots.
If you want to have long, wavy and beach-ready hair, divide your hair into two sections and create high tight buns on both sides. Spray the mixture and leave for a few minutes before unraveling the bun and letting down loose wavy locks. You don’t need to comb or brush your hair after spraying since you can style as desired with your fingers for a natural look.
Models really know how to have fun while being cost-efficient at the same time. These two secrets utilize ingredients that can be easily bought in the market or found at home, so you won’t have to worry about breaking the bank or going over budget. If the ingredients aren’t in season, you can also experiment and create your own mask and hair spray.
