Commander and Chief Chows Down
On January 21st, Mr. Obama will be sworn in and enjoy a luncheon of the highest office. After taking the Presidential oath, President Obama and guests will retire to the Capitol’s Statuary Hall and enjoy a three course suite of Steamed Lobster and New England Clam Chowder Sauce, followed by Hickory Grilled Bison with Red Potato Horseradish Cake and Wild Huckleberry Reduction and finished by a Hudson Valley Apple Pie with Sour Cream Ice Cream, Aged Cheese and Honey.
